전도서 4장 9-12절에서는 한 사람보다는 두 사람이 협력하는 것이 얼마나 중요하고 좋은지에 대하여 이야기하고 있습니다. 두 사람이 한 사람보다 나음은 그들이 수고함으로 좋은 상을 얻을 것이라고 하며(9절), 혹시 그들이 넘어지면 하나가 그 동무를 붙들어 일으킬 수 있다(10절)고 합니다.
영적 삶에서도 그리스도인의 교제는 정말 중요합니다. 혼자서 잘 할 수 있다고 생각하는 것이 자칫 잘못하면 자만이 되기 쉽습니다. 함께 기도제목을 나누고 기도해주며 말씀을 나눌 수 있는 영적 친구, 선후배를 만들어 교제를 나눌 때 영적 승리를 경험하게 될 것입니다. 내가 사회생활에서뿐 아니라 영적 삶에서 교제를 나눌 수 있는 나의 세 겹줄은 누가 있을지 찾아보고 적극 교제를 나누어 봅시다.

Which is better to get the victory? One or two? (어느 것이 승리를 얻기에 더 낫나요? 한 명 또는 두 명?)
예) The Bible says that two people can resist an attack that would defeat one person alone.
Do I have my spiritual fellows? How can I strengthen my spiritual fellowship? (나는 영적인 동료가 있나요? 영적 교제를 어떻게 더 견고히 할 수 있을까요?)
예) I have some in my church and neighbor, but I did not share the spiritual instructions actively with them. I should be more active in having the fellowship.
■ Prayer
Merciful God. I know that I am very weak and I cannot get the victory by myself. You bless us when we Christians get together and share love. Let me share Your words and love with my Christian fellows and get all the blessings. In Jesus' name. Amen.
